Hello all!

I just want to send out a little reminder of my policies as your hairstylist. My income is based off of your appointments and your ability to show up for the appointments that you have set. At the beginning of 2023 I put policies into place and I just want to remind you all of them.

   • If you schedule an appointment and you don’t cancel within 24 hours then you are responsible for the cost of the service the appointment was made for, in full.

   • If you are late 15 minutes there is a late fee.

   • Anything after 20 minutes you’ll have to reschedule, and at that point the appointment that you then missed (because you failed to show up on time) is expected to be paid in full as well.

   • Please remember that all services are À la carte. Meaning that each service is its own price, they aren’t bundled together, unless specified by your stylist.
